We add new sessions every week. Email us your preferred location and we'll let you know as soon as more dates open.

All major credit and debit cards via Stripe. We don't store your card details - payments are processed directly by Stripe.

Not currently - courses are paid in full at booking. We're working on monthly plans for 2026.

Bookings are non-refundable if you cancel. RFTB does not provide additional refunds. Any supplier refund benefit expressly included in your booked package remains subject to its conditions, and your statutory rights are unaffected. Contact us if the supplier cancels your course. Photo ID (passport or driving licence), proof of address (any utility bill less than 3 months old), a pen, a notepad, and a packed lunch. We provide all course materials.

Resits cost extra unless your selected package explicitly includes them. Check the benefits and conditions saved with your booking. RFTB does not fund additional retakes or retraining and does not guarantee a pass.

Course length varies by course and session. Check the dates shown before booking. Online CCTV training also requires attendance at your separately selected in-person exam. First-aid training may require additional attendance.

Results and certificate timings depend on your course, selected package and awarding body. Check your booked package and joining instructions; same-day certification is not guaranteed.

As soon as you receive your training certificate. The SIA application costs £190 and you do it directly on the SIA website.

Typically 4-6 weeks from your SIA application. Add another 2-3 weeks if your DBS check needs deeper review.

No - front-line security work without a valid SIA licence is a criminal offence. You can apply for jobs, but you can't start until your licence is issued.

We provide a step-by-step guide in your dashboard once you've passed your course, including how to do the basic DBS and what photos to upload.
